After many years of creating mouthwatering dishes and scrumptious baked goods for our catering clients, Sharon Myers has retired from the business to focus on other pursuits. Everybody’s Favorite Curry Dip

Here is Sharon’s recipe for curry dip, a perennial favorite with Sharon’s customers.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1 cup sour cream
3 T. honey
3 T ketchup
1 T fresh lemon juice
3-4 T curry powder (homemade or commercial mix)
9 drops of tabasco.

Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly. the resulting dip can be used with crudite, on sandwiches, with cold meat platters, or anything else that you can think of. This is a versatile recipe!
