Cookie policy

Readers get no cookies from this journal. The reading counts described on the privacy page work without cookies or any other storage in your browser.

• Editors' login cookie. The site's own admin area sets one cookie when an editor signs in, so the session lasts the day. Readers never see that page.
• The contact form. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the form is sent by a person, may use its own short-lived cookie or storage while you are on the contact page.
• After you click a Partner box. The shop you land on, and the affiliate network that credits the visit, may set cookies on their own sites. Those are theirs, under their policies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the journal works the same without them.
