Just wanted to let you know that our guests loved the food you prepared for our wedding, especially the shrimp remoulade and the beef tenderloin. The other hit of the day was the two cakes you baked for us. Our guests hovered around the cake table for 20 minutes before we sliced them, and ate every crumb of both cakes! I just had to write to tell you what a pleasure it was to meet you at Avigliano at Honora Winery and Vineyards. Your food was fantastic! I truly enjoyed the little twists you added to the dishes. They were simple yet elegant. The plating was like a piece of art!
