SEPTEMBER: Peach Mango Salsa


1 mango
2 peaches
1 red pepper
1 jalapeno
1/2 a small red onion

Chop all of the above into small pieces.

Sprinkle with fresh lime juice, salt and pepper

Optional flavors : you can add ground cumin, grated ginger, or chopped cilantro.

Sever within 24 hours. Great on grilled fish or chicken.
