Here is Sharon’s recipe for curry dip, a perennial favorite with Sharon’s customers.
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1 cup sour cream
3 T. honey
3 T ketchup
1 T fresh lemon juice
3-4 T curry powder (homemade or commercial mix)
9 drops of tabasco.
Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly. the resulting dip can be used with crudite, on sandwiches, with cold meat platters, or anything else that you can think of. This is a versatile recipe!
